Cucina Paradiso - Petaluma, CA

We went to Cucina Paradiso after reading review in Yelp.

The Calamari salad was nicely cooked. It was light, a little over dressed, but really good even then.

David had the House salad. Taste good too, but we could've ordered a different side.

Simple spaghetti with mussels and clams. Nothing exotic but it was really well prepared. Not oily, very tasty and the pasta was aldente.

The Gorgonzola gnocchi was heavy and not as good as the reviews on yelp.

The special chocolate mouse cake was light and yummy.

This was a good Italian restaurant. Usually Italian restaurants are generic and too saucy and oily. However I think this is how it's supposed to be because we didn't leave over stuffed.

Chaya - San Francisco, CA

Over Priced. . .but then again it was in San Francisco on the Embarcadero.
Below is the Sushi assortment. Nothing exotic. I guess it was good, but I've had better sushi from room service in Japan. So it's hard to compare since I could get the same thing a lot cheaper at other Japanese restaurants.

I ate some fish dish with limp leeks on top. It was okay.

For dessert we had a chocolate crossant bread pudding. It was good, but literally tasted like a melted chocolate crossant.
