Quite a packed place as all the other review states.I prefer a more textured noodle, rather than the noodle they used in this shop. And I prefer the noodle a bit more aldente, so this is the reason for my 3-star rating.I had the rosted pork (char sui) and stewed pork and the stewed pork had a lot more flavor. Of course you can see that layer of fat, but that doesn't bother me.The soup is tasty. I had the soy flavor.
